Marvellous location and lovely breakfast. Nice touristic places like blackpool tower were close to the hotel.

everything we wanted to see, such as blackpool illuminations was within walking distance to the venue. a cool bonus was nearby raffles tea rooms, that offered tea and coffee. friendly staff, the hotel met needs well.
